Ukraine has always been one of the destinations I associate most with A Foreign Affair. I’ve been writing about Ukrainian dating for years, so naturally this is also the part of their romance tour program I watch most closely.
The idea is pretty straightforward. You travel to Ukraine with the purpose of actually meeting women, not spending another six months exchanging messages online.

- Past Tour Client Discount: If you’ve already attended an AFA Singles Tour, you can receive $300 off your next Ukrainian tour or $100 off a subsequent Asian or Latin tour. Switching regions can also qualify you for a $100 discount.

Before You Go: My Romance Tour Checklist
I’ve spoken to quite a few men before and after international dating trips, and preparation comes up more often than you might expect. You don’t need to plan every conversation. But sorting out a few things at home can make you feel much more comfortable once the socials and dates begin.
Here’s what I’d do before leaving:
- Watch the do’s and don’ts video. It’s worth doing before you start packing. Pay attention to the advice about photos, clothing, communication and how to approach the socials.
