When I look at Valentime.com, a quite famous International dating website, my red flag alert is tingling already. Cookie-cutter websites tell me the site owners or operating companies don’t care to provide a unique and quality service to its members – you. It’s easiest to change a few things, launch the site, and fool people (or think they do!), and make money.
Back to Valentime.com. It’s an international online dating service where you can connect with women from all over the world; however, most of the ladies registered here are from Eastern Europe (Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, and Kazakhstan) and Russia (see also: Meeting Russian Brides: The Ultimate Guide to Russian Dating). Most users are young, between 25 and 44.
The operating company behind Valentime is Cellar Door Ltd, and they own romancecompass.com, victoriahearts.com, and loveswan.com (see our review: LoveSwans.com Review: Fake or legal) – all websites that look and work exactly like Valentime.com.
Valentime.com hasn’t been around for long since Cellar Door Ltd, based in Gibraltar, was incorporated in 2018. According to the website, Valentime is based in Cyprus.
The dating platform is only web-based, meaning you can only use it via an internet browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on your desktop PC, laptop, or smart device. There is no mobile app – and in today’s online dating and romance market – you have to wonder why not.

How Do I Set Up an Account on Valentime?
Setting up an account on Valentime.com is quite easy (and while it’s easy on reputable dating sites too, this is a key way these services reel you in).
When you visit the homepage of Valentime, you’ll see a pretty lady with glasses checking out her phone and smiling. On the side under the “it’s free to join” heading, you’ll see a sign up form you need to fill out.
Valentime.com requests you fill in:
- Your gender (only female or male options)
- Your name
- Your birthday (month - day - year)
- Your email address
- A password you create (needs to be 8+ characters long)
Then, you need to tick the red box to say you’ve read and understand all the T&Cs. Once you’ve done that, click “Register” in the salmon red box. By clicking “Register,” you also confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Once you’ve done this, you need to fill out some more info about what kind of lady you are into and information about yourself to create your online dating profile.
How Does Valentime Work?
Valentime.com is a social media platform where you can find the love of your love. Through its search and browse functions, powered with customizable filters, you can find potential love matches who meet your “dream woman” criteria.
The dating service lets you post photos and statuses, and you can also follow other Valentime members.
Like Tinder, you can browse through profiles on the site, and either choose to “Like” or “Skip” them.
Usability: Is the Site Easy to Use?
One of the key ways scam sites try to lure people in is to make the site super easy to use with very basic services on offer. Valentime.com meets all those criteria – it’s easy to navigate so even newbies to the online dating scene can find their way.
How Can I Get a Free Trial at Valentime.com?
Valentime.com doesn’t offer a free trial in the traditional sense of the word. There’s no signing up for a short period for you to access all the premium services at no cost.
The closest thing Valentime offers for a free trial is that you can sign up, create your profile, search and browse, and like profiles for free. Plus, they give you 20 credits for free so you can try out some of the paid-for features on the site.
While 20 credits won’t get you far, it will possibly work in Valentime.com’s favor to get you to buy more credits (which is the purpose of a “free trial”).

Valentime.com is quite pricey. There are limited services you can access for free, and to make the most of the experience, you’ll need to buy credits – the online dating platform’s online currency you buy and then spend on various services.

You may think this doesn’t look so bad … but once you start buying credits and spending them, you’ll realize that even the biggest bundle doesn’t get you far. And especially not if the dating site is rigged to entice you to keep on spending money here.
The ladies entice you into connecting, chatting, sending gifts, and spending more and more. The 20 credits you get for free when you sign up is just the start.

Is Valentime Full of Fake Profiles?
The profiles aren’t very detailed, which makes me immediately see red flags. Wouldn’t profiles be detailed and completely filled in if the members on Valentime.com were serious about finding love?
You essentially just see the profile photo, a public photo gallery, and private photos, the person’s name, age, profile ID, location, height and weight, and uhm … that’s it. There may be a “validated member” badge – but how do you know the profiles are actually validated?
When I browsed through the site, most of the photos looked like they had been edited or Photoshopped. It just looked too good to be true, and then my mantra is always to just stay away.
There are reports that Valentime.com is full of fake profiles, and just browsing through the site makes me agree.

I like to see what members of Valentime.com say about the service on third-party review sites like Trustpilot.com and Sitejabber.com. Of course, any review needs to be taken with some skepticism, but these do generally give you a good indication of whether Valentime is worth signing up for or not.

There are 60 reviews for Valentime.com on Sitejabber, and the dating site has a consumer rating of 1.33 star – which says a lot. In the past year, there were no positive reviews.
Only 4 people rated the service with 5 stars, 1 person gave it 3 stars, 2 people gave it 2 stars, and the majority at 53 people gave it 1 star.
The reviews mention how you never get granted a meeting request, how the site seems too good to be true (because it is), and how many of the profiles are on other sites I’ve blacklisted in the past.

Valentime.com on Trustpilot doesn’t fare better. It has 15 reviews and a poor rating with 1.9 stars. 93% of people gave Valentime 1 star and 7% gave it 2 stars.
The reviews mention how difficult it is to leave the site, how the company charges money to your card without your consent, and how the women never want to leave the “safety” of Valentime to chat with the men on another platform that’s cost-effective.
Our Valentime Review Verdict
Taking into account all the information I’ve learned about Valentime.com, I have no choice but to blacklist it.
Why? I can’t recommend Valentime because of the hefty prices for the services, poor customer reviews, tons of fake profiles, and quite a number of other red flags.
Your chances of finding a real authentic lady of your dreams are zero, zilch, nada.
